Well, this didn’t work. I’ve moved the links to the wiki, and encourage everybody to check in and comment over there. Since getting us all into a single place at a single time is so difficult, maybe we can converse via the wiki?
That’s the hope.

Every building on campus seems to have its own issues and quirks. I’d like to compile a database-type resource so that any faculty can identify what equipment issues are present in any classroom. I’ll take on Walker Center, as that is where Arts & Sciences holds many of its Gen Ed classes. If the members over in other buildings will divvy up the rest of the campus buildings and send me the info, I’ll compile the larger document and post it on an OCU website. The info we need is literally classroom by classroom, and if you can determine the wifi coverage within the building that’d be great too. For example:
Obviously, for us to get anything accomplished, we need to meet. We can use the blog and email to communication… but so far? I’m the only one talking. How scary is that?? So I’m uploading the schedule of available times here. The times open are in the obnoxious orange. Not all of us need to attend every meeting, but we do need to get people there.

This is the weblog for our faculty learning community, and is intended as a discussion forum for our teaching with technology ideas, creations and other stuff. If you have stuff you want to link, do it! If you have questions, ask! The blog is open to the world, but only members of the group can create posts. Everybody else can comment, and comments are welcome.
